Job Description
Job Summary:
Interviews job applicants to select people meeting employer qualifications. Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants. Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements. Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company, promotional opportunities, and other related information.

Refers selected applicants to person placing job order according to policy of organization. Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment. May perform reference and background checks on applicants. May conduct or arrange for skills, intelligence, or psychological testing of applicants. May evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel. May specialize in interviewing and referring certain types of personnel, such as professional, technical, managerial, clerical, and other types of skilled or unskilled workers. May search for and recruit applicants for open positions.

Essential Job Functions:
+ Receives Hiring Requisitions from initial Manager and match job description to order.

+ Obtains approval signatures for Hiring Requisition and notifies Manager when complete.
+ Pool candidates from different sources depending on position. Run ads on websites, post position in main offices, company website and update status reports on portal for management review.
+ Match Applicant abilities, qualifications, skills, and salary with position.
+ Conduct HardSkills and SoftSkills interviews to determine ability and document results
+ Skills testing maybe needed to ensure level of knowledge.
+ Informs applicant of position duties and tasks, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions. Review promotional opportunities and other related information.
+ Set up selected candidates with hiring manager for interviews.
+ Complete Affirmative Action Plan reporting for DOL compliance.
+ Confer with Hiring Manager in final decision Selection.
+ Ensure on boarding documents forms and Contingent Offer Letters are completed and turned into Human Resources for timely processing.
+ Review and evaluate Job Descriptions and update geographic salary requirements.
+ Work closely with the Business Services Division on projects as required.
+ has dotted line reporting with Human Resources Manager.
Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Knowledge of Recruiting in a Corporate Environment.
+ Experience recruiting high volume positions (customer service or call center).
+ Proven history of negotiating contracts and salaries.
+ Must be organized and able to multi-task
+ Must be extremely confidential.
+ Knowledge in compliances and Employment Law.
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of work experience and education
+ 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting role

Travel Requirement, Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
+ Ability to travel as necessary.

+ Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
